Life Insurance Phone Sales - Work From Home! - Full/Part-Time - Up to $50K+

We are seeking a motivated, independent person for a work-from-home position selling life insurance via the internet and phone. WE ROUTE INTERESTED PEOPLE TO YOUR PHONE SO THERE IS NO PROSPECTING OR COLD CALLING! JUST ANSWER THE PHONE AND SELL A POLICY IF YOU'RE ABLE TO! YOU MUST HAVE A LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE IN YOUR HOME STATE. We will pay for you to be licensed in up to 30 additional states. You must be "on call" to take leads between 8AM - 1PM or 2PM EST, with some time also allotted for follow-up calls to customers and insurance companies in the afternoon. Most of our sales follow an 8- to 10-week sales cycle (most of our customers get life insurance policies with a medical exam). Once you pass the training, until your first paycheck, you'll receive $250 per week so you have some money coming in until the commissions kick in. Your commission rate will ultimately depend on various performance metrics but will be initially set at 40%. If you write $8,000 in premium in one month (about 4 new customers), your total earnings will be $8,000 x 0.4 = $3,200. We want someone who can work 30-40 hours per week BUT NOT LESS THAN 30 HOURS. The exact number of hours will depend on our lead volume for any given month. Most months will likely be closer to 30 hours/week but busier months might require 40. Incomes from sales can vary widely but someone working 30 hours should be able to earn $35,000/year and someone working 40+ hours should be able to earn $50,000+/year. WE GENERATE SOME OF THE BEST AND MOST EXPENSIVE LEADS IN THE INDUSTRY. WE ARE INVESTING NOT ONLY THE TIME TO TRAIN YOU, BUT THE MONEY TO SEND YOU THESE HIGH-QUALITY, EXPENSIVE LEADS, AS WELL AS THE LICENSES AND SALARY. WE DO THIS BECAUSE WE ARE NOT A FLY-BY-NIGHT, HIGH-PRESSURE SALES ORGANIZATION. WE ARE LOOKING TO CULTIVATE A LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIP WITH A NEW AGENT ON OUR TEAM. Since we send you such high-quality leads, you generally only need to receive maybe 10 inbound calls/WEEK. (You do not need to dial 300 numbers/day like some other programs out there!) You spend the rest of your time dotting the i's and crossing the t's so the process goes smoothly for your clients, and then speaking to the referrals that you will invariably receive because of your excellent customer service! Doesn't that sound better than high-pressure sales? At least three years of sales experience is required. Please know that you also must have a quiet home office setup where you can work undisturbed. There are many advantages to working from home, but we cannot have you on the phone trying to make a sale with children crying in the background or dogs barking. Additionally, you must be able to pass a background and credit check. One other thing is we do require a 12-month non-compete agreement as part of our contract. This states that while working with our company, and for 12 months after that, you will not sell life insurance via phone/internet sales. This does not preclude your ability to sell health, Medicare supplement plans, auto, disability, etc. It also does not preclude your ability to sell life insurance in other avenues such as through group/worksite sales, selling to seniors, etc. It applies only to the very specific model that we use - selling life insurance via internet/phone marketing.
