Primary Responsibilities
Host Virtual Consultations Meet with individuals and families via Zoom to discuss insurance needs
Guide Clients Through Enrollment Offer advice and assistance throughout the process
Respond to Client Inquiries Address questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with Team Members Ensure seamless client experiences by working closely with colleagues
Maintain Accurate Records Document interactions and keep detailed enrollment notes

Strong Work Ethic and Motivation Driven to succeed and committed to excellence
Excellent Time Management Skills Capable of balancing multiple tasks efficiently

Self-Starter Able to work independently and maintain productivity in a remote setting
Technology Proficiency Comfortable with Windows-based software and office tools
Home Office Setup Must have a Windows Laptop/PC, reliable internet access, and a working camera
