Job Title- Insurance Agent Representative(Must have active life and health insurance license)Location- Work from HomeDuration- Direct hire/Full-timeJob descriptionAs an Insurance Agent Representative, you will be responsible for finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Connect with customers via phone/email/chat/and or social media to address their questions and/or concerns. Answering a high number of inbound calls from new and current clients - selling Medicare products through specified carrier Assisting customers with selecting a plan Answering customer questions Building and maintaining customer relationships Keeping records confidential Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of payments. Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide feedback on call issues. Upsell if required. Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment 6 months Customer service experience preferred Over 18 years of age Ability to type 25 wpm High School Graduate or GED Comfort with desktop computer system Proven oral & written communication skills Possess home state Life & Health Insurance License Logical problem-solving skills Ability to navigate Windows operating systems Organization and work prioritization skills Work from Home Requirements: Internet Requirements: Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 15.0 Mbps Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 30.0 Mbps ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P or VPN Proof of internet speed required Clean and quiet workspace Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
