Whether you’re an experienced insurance agent looking for your next opportunity or are just starting out and looking for an opportunity to demonstrate your talents, we have the career move that can help change your life. If you're not yet licensed, we will help you get those done. We cover the cost of licensure. We will train you from start to finish. We are looking for coachable, team players, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to help others. This is a 1099 opportunity, not a W2.
No prior experience in financial services required. In-field training is provided, and you can work from home.
What You Will Do:
• Provide client guidance in life insurance, investments, and mortgages
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
• Lead team-based training to help new agents earn while they learn
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes
• Operate virtually and in person to serve a diverse client base
• Obtain the life license within your first 30 days (if unlicensed)
Candidate Requirements:
• Must reside in the United States
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Ability to develop, manage and drive growth
• Trustworthy and Honest
• Self-Accountability is a must
• Prior insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to dedicate a minimum of 20-25 hours per week
