Licensing Product Coordinator

Earthbound is seeking a Licensing Product Coordinator to support key Brand and product initiatives. The role involves acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams and managing the product approval process while contributing to research and analysis for program growth.ResponsibilitiesActs as the primary liaison between the various cross functional teams on the licensing program and Earthbound teamsProvides support for the full licensing program across 1-2 clients, supporting brand and product needs throughoutCoordinate sample process from licensees (ex. Sending samples to clients)Manages product approval process via Brand Comply (product approval system)Provide licensees with product and packaging guidelinesAssist with onboarding new licensees onto Brand Comply and licensing program processesSupport product development and packaging process for all categories including but not limited to home, decor, confections, apparel, baby, accessories and other lifestyle categoriesManages the timeline and communicates with licensees about product submissions and approvalsManages projects on Monday.com to provide visibility to all members of the teamInitial research with direction from VP and Brand manager into opportunities for program growth in the licensed product categoriesContribute to analysis of the marketplace and competitive trendsRetail research and brainstorm new categories and new opportunities for appropriate retailersWork with the team to support the implementation of new licensing opportunities that have been identifiedSkillsBachelor's Degree preferredExperience managing processes in a product approval system such as Brand Comply1-3 years business experience in a role requiring heavy communication and attention to detailStrong communication skillsAbility to collaborate with cross functional teamsExcellent organizational skills and ability to execute multiple projects concurrentlyDetail orientedProficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word & PowerPointExperience in licensing and brand extension programs a plusCompany OverviewEarthbound is full-service brand management, product design, product development and licensing company.
