The Opportunity: We are seeking a motivated and compassionate New Jersey Independently Licensed Psychotherapist to join our virtual team. This is a W2 employee position offering the stability of guaranteed hours while maintaining the flexibility of a remote role. You will provide individual or couples therapy to a diverse adult caseload, making a meaningful impact from the comfort of your home office.
Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to a caseload of clients via secure telehealth platform.
• Maintain a minimum of 15 completed client session hours per week, scheduled flexibly within your 20 guaranteed hours.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intake assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries) in our EHR system.
• Participate in scheduled clinical supervision.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal guidelines for clinical practice in New Jersey.
• Collaborate with clients on treatment goals.
Qualifications:
• Active and unrestricted (LCSW, LPC, LMFT )license in the State of New Jersey REQUIRED.
• Proven experience with virtual therapy platforms and strong technological proficiency.
• Excellent clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
• Comfortable meeting weekly client minimums and engaging in performance discussions related to productivity.
