Who Can Apply
• We welcome newly independently licensed therapists who are ready to build a flexible, remote practice. Ideal candidates include:
• Therapists seeking a feature-rich platform that goes beyond basic video conferencing — including clinical tools, scheduling, documentation, and more.
• Clinicians who want to work with specific populations or presenting concerns that align with their expertise.
• Those looking to focus entirely on clinical care, we handle client acquisition, billing, support, and admin for you.
• Providers who value autonomy and flexibility in setting their own schedules.
States Acceptable: CA, MN, NY, PA, NJ, MD, AZ, TX, WA, TN, HI, WI, VA, IN, IL, WV, KY, NC, OH, UT, NV, FL, CO, MA, MI, GA, SC, MO, ID, CT, ND, AL, OR.
Licenses acceptable:
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker. (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)

Compensation Range:
Full-time Caseload
• 40 hours per week: $8,991 per month (Including $650 Health stipend)
• 30 hours per week: $6,175 per month. (Including $650 Health stipend)
Part-time Caseload:
• 20 hours per week: $3,250 per month.
• 10 hours per week: $1,408 per month.
Requirements
• Active independent clinical license in an eligible U.S. state
• Professional liability insurance
• Reliable internet connection
• Must be currently residing in the U.S.
• NPI number (If you don’t have one, we’ll help you get it)
