One of our clients is seeking licensed and certified mental health professionals to provide 100% fully remote services.
Summary Of Client's Description Of This Opportunity
Conduct intake assessments with client & family members utilizing appropriate intake materials and continually assesses client needs, service availability and appropriateness.
Create an individualized treatment/behavioral plan and oversee its implementation.
Provide therapeutic interventions to identified client(s).
Produce the appropriate documentation for service delivery including treatment goals, progress notes and billing.
Use a variety of treatment modalities to increase behavioral/emotional stability and functioning.
Client's Required Skills And Experience
2 years of relevant experience/ 2+ years of direct clinical practice after licensure
Master's degree in a Mental Health field (e.g.: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling)
Licensure/Certification (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
Medicare credentialed.
Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126), and State Criminal Check.
Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: physical examination, Tuberculosis/TB Skin Test, CPR and First Aid certification.
