Key Responsibilities
Ā Deliver evidence-based treatment to a diverse range of patients.
Ā Provide various mental health services promoting individualized recovery, primarily through telehealth video or phone sessions.
Ā Conduct intakes, as well as individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
Ā Perform mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
Ā Ensure timely and accurate documentation in compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Qualifications
Required:
Ā Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
Ā Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in New York.
Ā A minimum of one year of relevant experience.
Ā Access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for conducting sessions.
Ā Availability for full-time hours.
Preferred
Ā Over one year of experience in any of the following areas:
Ā Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Ā Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Ā Evidence-Based Practices
Ā Telehealth Experience
Ā Outpatient Experience
Ā Additional certifications or language skills.
Schedule and Shift Details
Enjoy the freedom of a fully remote position with flexible scheduling. Create your own schedule between the hours of 7 AM and 9 PM EST, seven days a week. Therapists are required to work until 8 PM two days per week or complete four 4-hour shifts on weekends. There is no on-call duty.
