Licensed Social Worker / Counselor – Fertility Support Specialist (Non-Clinical)

Location: Hybrid – Suwanee, GA | Employment: Full-Time, Salaried About the Role Family Inceptions is seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Counselor (LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT) to join our team as a Fertility Support Specialist. This is a non-clinical role where you’ll serve as an advocate and guide for individuals and families navigating fertility treatments, surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF. Instead of managing a heavy clinical caseload or back-to-back therapy sessions, you’ll provide emotional support, education, and coordination—helping clients feel informed, cared for, and confident throughout their family-building journey. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for clients from onboarding to journey completion. • Provide emotional check-ins, reassurance, and guidance at each stage. • Anticipate challenges, de-escalate sensitive situations, and reinforce expectations. • Partner with Journey Managers to deliver consistent, holistic support. • Document client interactions accurately and confidentially. • Monitor emotional wellness and refer/escalate when needed. You’re a Fit If You Have: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field. • Active license: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT (required). • Minimum 3 years of professional post-graduate experience (internships not counted). • Background in fertility, reproductive health, women’s health, or adoption strongly preferred. • High emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. • Comfort with digital tools and occasional flexible hours to meet client needs.
