Licensed Social Worker / Counselor Fertility Advocate /Non-Clinical/

Family Inceptions is seeking an experienced Licensed Social Worker or Counselor to join our team as a Fertility Advocate. This non-clinical role is dedicated to guiding clients through their family-building journey — including fertility treatments, surrogacy, egg donation, and IVF — with compassion, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll serve as the emotional anchor and trusted guide for clients, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident from onboarding through the close of their journey. You’re a Fit If You Have: • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field • Active licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, or LMFT (required) • 3+ years’ experience in emotional support, counseling, or social work • Background in fertility, IVF, reproductive health, or maternal care strongly preferred • High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate sensitive conversations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort with digital tools and remote communication platforms • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams • Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends to meet client needs What You’ll Do: As a Fertility Advocate, you will: • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients from onboarding to journey completion • Provide emotional check-ins and practical guidance through each stage of the family-building process • Monitor emotional wellness and escalate or refer clients as needed • Reinforce expectations, de-escalate sensitive situations, and guide clients through emotionally intense moments • Partner with Journey Managers to ensure consistent, holistic client support • Document all client interactions accurately and confidentially in our systems Why You’ll Love Working Here • Purpose-Driven Work – Every day you’ll help people move closer to their dream of becoming parents. • Hybrid Flexibility – Balance in-office collaboration in Atlanta, GA with remote work days. • Supportive Culture – Join a team of professionals passionate about reproductive health. • Competitive Compensation & Benefits – Salary range: $50,000–$65,000 (commensurate with experience) plus 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, and holidays.
