About the role (Please note you must have a California License AND have a permanent residential address in California to qualify)
We are seeking part-time and full-time remote Therapists to deliver thoughtful, data-driven therapy among a diverse and collaborative Clinical team. You will provide high quality care to a personalized caseload of low to moderate acuity Adult clients based on Allminds' matching methodology. You will also have the opportunity to incorporate data and technology into your clinical work.

You are a good fit if you:
• Passionate about providing care to underserved communities
• Prioritize evidence-based, solution focused-interventions
• Are willing to integrate objective data (e.g., self-report questionnaires) to inform case conceptualization and treatment planning,
• Have experience providing teletherapy
Requirements
• PsyD, PhD, LMFT, LPCC, LMHC, or LCSW
• Current License in California
• Permanent Residence in California
• Training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
• Experience working with diverse, adult clients from a wide range of backgrounds
• Training in trauma-informed care, preferred not required
