TrueSelf is a clinician-centered telehealth management company designed to help licensed clinicians reduce the administrative burden of managing an existing caseload, while maintaining full clinical independence and ownership of their work. If you currently provide teletherapy, tele-assessments, or are interested in transitioning an in-person caseload to a telehealth model, TrueSelf offers personalized management support tailored to your specific workflow, caseload demands, and practice goals. What We Do We partner with clinicians to streamline and manage the non-clinical side of their practice, including: • Scheduling and client communications • Intake, documentation, and platform integration • Billing and administrative coordination • Telehealth infrastructure and workflow optimization Our approach is not one-size-fits-all. We begin with a consultation to understand your existing caseload and identify where support would be most helpful. From there, we design a customized management structure and fee based on your actual needs. Who This Is For This opportunity may be a good fit if you: • Have an existing teletherapy caseload and want to reduce administrative strain • Are interested in transitioning part or all of your practice to a telehealth model • Provide in person therapy/assessments and would like transition to online • Want operational support while retaining full clinical control and independence ADHD Assessments & Growth Opportunities In addition to therapy support, TrueSelf is actively building a telehealth-focused model for high-quality, client-centered ADHD assessments. For clinicians interested in expanding or incorporating ADHD assessment services into their practice, we’re happy to explore training, workflow integration, and collaborative opportunities over time. Participation in assessment services is optional and can be discussed based on your interests and experience. Who We Partner With / Requirements We welcome inquiries from independently licensed clinicians, including: • Licensed Psychologists (PhD or PsyD from an accredited program) • Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC / LPCC) • Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Clinicians must be fully licensed and authorized to practice independently in their state(s) of licensure and interested in providing services via a telehealth model. TrueSelf supports clinicians across the United States. Services are provided in accordance with each clinician’s scope of practice and licensure. Important Note on Compensation Please note: any salary or compensation range displayed on this posting does not represent wages or payment from TrueSelf. TrueSelf does not employ clinicians. Any figures shown are general estimates based on typical earnings for independently licensed clinicians with existing caseloads.
