IMCES is currently seeking a Licensed Psychologist with expertise in Psychodynamic Short-Term Psychotherapy (STPP) to join our team as a Part-Time Supervisor. This role is ideal for someone passionate about clinical supervision and psychodynamic case formulation, and who enjoys supporting early-career clinicians and post-doctoral trainees in their professional development.
• Role:
Clinical Supervisor / Case Consultant
• Schedule:

Part-time, 2–3 hours per week minimum
• Format:
Primarily in-person, with remote options available as needed
• Focus:
Short-Term Psychodynamic STPP case consultation/ supervision
• Target Group:
Clinicians, Post-Doctoral Fellows, or Licensed Psychologists with an interest or training in psychodynamic psychotherapy
• Setting:
Outpatient Community Clinic working with clients from the spectrum of severe, moderate, and mild mental health challenges.

Minimum job requirements:
• Provide weekly individual or Group Supervision/ Case consultation focusing on psychodynamic case formulation and treatment planning.
• Guide supervises in applying STPP principles to clinical practice
• Provide consultation on complex or high-risk cases in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
• Document supervision meetings in accordance with agency guidelines
• Collaborate with Clinical Director, Assistant Training Directors, or clinical leadership, as needed, to support supervisee development.
• Participate in occasional meetings or training events as appropriate.

Qualifications
• Licensed Psychologist (Ph.D. or Psy.

D.) in good standing
• Solid grounding in psychodynamic psychotherapy, particularly STPP
• Eligible for Supervision (6 hours of mandated CE Course for Supervision)+ Supervisory experience, minimum 2 years
