Licensed Psychologist - Dallas, TX(100% Remote) Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed PSYPACT Psychologist / willing to obtain to provide high-quality telepsychology services to clients across participating PSYPACT states. The ideal candidate will be independently licensed, hold an active APIT (Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology) under PSYPACT, and be passionate about delivering exceptional virtual mental health care. Key Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy, assessments, and consultations via secure telehealth platforms to clients in PSYPACT-approved states. • Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and evidence-based interventions for a variety of mental health conditions. • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals and best practices in clinical psychology. • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and PSYPACT regulations. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, primary care providers, and other mental health professionals when appropriate. • Stay current on PSYPACT requirements, telehealth best practices, and continuing education standards. • Participate in case consultations, clinical supervision, or peer review as required. Qualifications • Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program. • Active state license in psychology and approved for PSYPACT APIT practice. Bilingual Spanish / English is required. • Minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience. • Proficiency in telepsychology platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and virtual communication tools. • Strong clinical judgment, ethical standards, and cultural competence. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Skills • Experience with CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-informed care, or integrated behavioral health models. • Prior experience serving diverse populations in remote or multi-state settings.
