Licensed Psychologist (California) – Telehealth (100% Remote)
About Us: Telecare Anywhere is a trusted telehealth provider specializing in workers’ compensation and occupational medicine. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, accessible care to injured workers across the country. We are actively expanding our mental health services and are seeking experienced California-licensed Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) to join our team of compassionate telehealth professionals. Position Summary: We are hiring a licensed psychologist to provide virtual mental health services for workers’ compensation claims. This role involves treating patients suffering from PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other work-related psychological conditions, using evidence-based practices like CBT and trauma-focused therapies. This is a fully remote, flexible-schedule opportunity. Providers are compensated per visit, allowing for complete autonomy in setting your availability and caseload. Responsibilities: • Conduct remote psychological assessments and follow up sessions • Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and trauma-informed care • Provide comprehensive evaluations and progress reports in accordance with workers’ compensation requirements • Collaborate with the broader clinical team, as needed, for coordinated patient care • Complete timely, compliant documentation using our telehealth audio/video conference platform Requirements: • Doctorate in Psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an accredited program • Active, unrestricted California license as a Psychologist • Experience in treating PTSD, trauma, and work-related mental health issues • Proficiency in CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and psychological evaluation • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms confidently • Prior experience with workers’ compensation cases is preferred but not required Compensation & Benefits: • Per visit reimbursement • Work from home – 100% remote • Flexible scheduling – choose your own hours and caseload • Dedicated clinical and administrative support team - focus on solely on patient care not administrative tasks! • Meaningful opportunity to support injured workers on their road to recovery Job Type: Contract Pay: $150.00 per hour License/Certification: • California State PHD / PSYD License?
