Brave Health is stepping up to close this gap by making mental health care accessible, affordable, and life-changing for all.Job description We are looking for full-time Licensed Therapists to join our team and provide outpatient services through our telehealth program!Benefits: Our team works 100% remotely from their own homes!W2, Full-timeCompensation package includes a base plus bonus! $70k-$80k PLUS earning potential up to 100k.Monday - Friday schedule; No weekends! Shift options include 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm, and 11am-8pm ETLiability insurance covered and annual stipend for growth & education opportunitiesWe not only partner with commercial health plans, but are also a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and see patients across the lifespanAdditional compensation offered to providers that are fluent in Spanish!Requirements:Master's level degree (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent credential)Eligibility to work in the United StatesWork from home space must have privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposesFluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plusMeets background/regulatory requirementsSkills:Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosisTreatment planningComfortable with utilizing technology at all points of the day, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication toolsExperience working in partnership with clients to achieve goalsAbility to utilize comprehensive assessmentsReady to apply?
