Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a Full-Time Utilization & Referral Management LPN position at the Fort Belvoir Community Hospital in Fort Belvoir, Virginia

Highlights:Ind.Nurse
• Full-time | 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities:

Manages all aspects of clerical duties inherent to front desk operations

Receives all reports and makes a determination regarding referring consults, drug treatment protocols, etc. * Sends treatment plans to primary care providers
• Monitors end of day processing for data quality
• Notifies physicians of abnormal test results within a defined time frame

Requirements:

Graduate of a school of practical or vocational nursing

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting required * Experience in Utilization & Referral Management preferred (not required)

Active, unrestricted nursing license in any state * BLS from the American Heart Association
