Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School-Based Role | Twin Cities Area, MN
Are you a Licensed Practical Nurse passionate about working with children and making a positive impact during the school day? We’re hiring a full-time LPN to support students for the 2025–2026 academic year.
This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to a safe, supportive learning environment for young learners in Pre-K through 5th grade.
What You’ll Do:
• Deliver daily student health services, including administering medications and responding to illness or injury
• Support students with chronic conditions and follow established care plans
• Maintain accurate health documentation in accordance with school district policies
• Communicate with families and collaborate with educators and external health providers
• Help ensure a safe, healthy school environment for all students
What You’ll Need:
• Valid LPN license in the state of Minnesota
• CPR/BLS certification
• Prior experience in pediatrics or a school setting is a strong plus
• Ability to manage student health needs with compassion, discretion, and clear communication
• Must meet all district and state health compliance standards
