Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time School Health Office
Job Summary:
Blazer Jobs is partnering with a local elementary school to hire a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to manage the school health office for grades PK–5. This full-time, onsite position is ideal for a nurse with pediatric or school-based experience who is comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide first aid and triage for student injuries and illnesses
• Administer medications and monitor chronic conditions per care plans
• Maintain student health records and documentation
• Support immunization compliance and health screenings
• Communicate with families and collaborate with school staff
• Assist with health-related accommodations and emergency response protocols
Qualifications:
• Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• CPR and First Aid certification required
• Experience in pediatric or school-based care preferred
• Must meet all state and district compliance requirements for school health professionals
