Licensed Outbound Sales Consultant - HYBRID Phoenix, AZ

In this role, you will respond to calls coming into our call center by positively promoting insurance products to prospective customers, consulting with customers to understand their needs, and selling these products which best fit the customer's needs. You may also make outbound calls to optimize sales potential.
What You'll Get
• Pay: $21/hr base pay + uncapped performance based incentive and a competitive benefits package
• Training Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm MST
• Post Training Schedule: Hybrid, Mon-Wed in office, Thu-Fri at home; Mon-Fri 7:00am-5:30pm MST
What You'll Do
• Quote and sell a variety of insurance products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Collect and update customer information
• Attend required training, meetings, and one-on-ones
• Meet or exceed sales and quality goals
Active P&C or Personal Lines license in AZ, maintain CE credits to keep license active, must live in AZ, within 50 miles of Phoenix, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask across multiple systems/screens, clear communication
