• **Grow & Thrive:** Benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities, including specialized training and able to utilize a toolbox of trauma focused therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS/ Family Systems and is open to training in Brainspotting, working with children, couples or families.
• *What We’re Looking For:**
• **Licensed Therapist:** Hold a valid License in Alaska in psychotherapy ( LPC), Social Work LMSW or Marriage and Family Therapy
• **Pre-Licensed Therapist:** Completed Master’s Degree and working toward meeting LPC requirements.
• *• Experience & Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services, with a strong understanding of evidence-based practices.
• **Compassion & Empathy:** A genuine desire to help others and a deep commitment to client-centered care.
• *• Team Player:** Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a supportive team environment.
