Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (100 percent commission only)

Job Description We are looking for experienced and motivated Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers to join a high-performing team on a 100 percent commission-only model. This role is ideal for professionals who excel in converting leads, managing borrower relationships, and closing loans while working in a fully remote and flexible environment. About the Client • 100 percent Remote — work from anywhere in the United States • Uncapped commissions with strong earning potential (150,000 USD+) • Dedicated multilingual (Spanish) support to expand your borrower base • 2–3 personal loan assistants assigned per LO • 8-hour pre-approval turnaround with milestone-driven workflow • Full marketing support: branded videos, flyers, social media assets • Robust operational support through processors, production managers, and compliance • Recognized as a Best Mortgage Lender in their market What You Will Do • Originate residential mortgage loans in compliance with federal and state regulations • Conduct borrower consultations, assess financial needs, and recommend loan products • Collect required documentation and ensure full file accuracy • Manage applications from intake to closing with timely communication • Convert leads provided (when applicable) and build self-generated pipelines • Maintain a strong, active loan pipeline with consistent follow-ups • Collaborate with processors, underwriters, and branch leadership to ensure smooth closings • Meet monthly/annual production targets and deliver exceptional borrower service Required Qualifications • Active NMLS ID • Valid MLO License in at least one U.S. state • Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer, Loan Originator, or similar role • Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines, loan products, and regulations • Successful performance in a commission-only or production-based environment • Consistent track record of high-volume originations (ideally 2M USD/month or six-figure earnings) • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to work independently and manage a full remote pipeline • Detail-oriented and committed to full regulatory compliance Preferred Qualifications • 3–5+ years of recent mortgage origination experience • Bilingual (English + Spanish) • CRMS or CMC certification Compensation • 100 percent commission-only • Uncapped earnings based on closed volume • High performers routinely exceed 150,000 USD/year Benefits & Support • Fully remote role • Flexible schedule • Marketing support (branded and translatable content) • Loan assistant support (2–3 per LO) • Fast operational support with structured lending platform Apply tot his job
