This position is 100% work from home, PRN position with a flexible schedule. Clinicians provide high-quality counseling services on behalf of Rise Alone Therapy to military spouses and dependents. Clinicians are responsible for maintaining licensure, completing care plans, documenting notes, and completing required training. The company provides all billing, client acquisition, and EMR systems needed. Compensation • $55-$60 per 50-minute session • We pay a flat rate. There is no scalable pay for seeing more clients in a condensed period and no bonus for having a client stay longer than their care plan. Job Type • 1099 Contract Schedule Expectations Rise Alone Therapy requests availability for a minimum of 4 sessions per week. There are NO expectations to work nights, weekends, or holidays. Qualifications • Independent licensure: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist (or equivalent) • Licensed or willingness to license in New Mexico or South Dakota • A passion for the military community (No prior military service required, just the desire to help) • Master’s degree (required) • Ability to practice independently.
