In this role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to individuals via secure telehealth platforms. This is a flexible, fully remote position ideal for clinicians who are passionate about delivering high-quality mental health services while enjoying the convenience of working from home. Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans Monitor client progress and update treatment strategies as needed Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) Uphold ethical standards and ensure confidentiality at all times Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, or peer support groups as needed Deliver culturally competent, inclusive care across diverse populations Qualifications Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Active and unrestricted license in one or more U.S. states (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD) Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred Prior telehealth experience a plus Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills Proficient with computers, EHR systems, and virtual platforms Reliable internet connection and a private, professional remote workspace Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay (hourly or per session, based on experience and licensure) Flexible scheduling – you choose your availability 100% remote work with nationwide client access Administrative and technical support provided Opportunities for continuing education and license reimbursement (varies by provider) Career growth within a supportive and mission-driven organization Why Join Us?
