Requirements: To join Talkspace, all therapists and counselors must provide proof of the following: Independent, state-approved clinical license (e.g., LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy Individual NPI & CAQH numbers Current residence in the USA Compensation: You will receive $78 for each 60-minute live session with clients in Maryland. Compensation for shorter live sessions (30- and 45-minute) is prorated. Asynchronous messaging rates vary based on client plans and their state.
