About the Role: Licensed Mental Health Counsellor - Digital Therapy

As a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor at Zevo Health, you'll be at the forefront of delivering high-quality, one-to-one online counselling sessions to clients who have been exposed to traumatic content. Your expertise will be crucial in helping them navigate a range of psychological and emotional challenges. With a flexible schedule that accommodates your availability for 10+ hours per week between 8am-9pm, you'll have the autonomy to manage your workload while making a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities: Delivering Exceptional Digital Therapy


Deliver one-to-one online counselling sessions, utilizing evidence-based interventions like CBT, ACT, and DBT to address client needs.
Assess cases for trauma related to exposure to graphic content and follow Zevo Health's escalation procedures to ensure client safety.
Manage clinical risks effectively, prioritizing the well-being and safety of all clients.
Maintain accurate and efficient client records, ensuring timely completion of administrative duties.
Collaborate with Clinical Team Leads through regular communication, ensuring seamless support and client satisfaction.
Participate in monthly peer support sessions to enhance your practice and stay updated on industry developments.
Stay current with the latest Trust & Safety information, expanding your knowledge and expertise in this rapidly evolving field.
Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines set by your discipline-specific governing and licensing bodies.


Essential Qualifications: Becoming a Trusted Digital Therapy Expert

To excel in this role, you'll need:


A Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
A current, active license as a LPCC, LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or MFTC in the state of employment.
Additional clinical education related to short-term, solution-focused interventions.
Certification in suicide risk assessment, such as SafeTALK or ASIST.
Completion of CPD training in alignment with governing body requirements.


Preferred Qualifications: Enhancing Your Digital Therapy Expertise

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in individual counselling, with experience in a corporate environment being an advantage.
Previous experience working with an EAP or Digital Therapy platform.
Experience in cross-cultural counselling, demonstrating sensitivity and competence with diverse client backgrounds.
Proven ability to maintain professionalism and ethical standards in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various video conferencing technologies.
