Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) – Virtual Private Practice (New York State) About Us We are a fully virtual therapy practice based in New York, committed to providing high-quality, affirming care to diverse communities. Our team specializes in working with LGBTQ+, ENM, and alternative-lifestyle clients, as well as offering Internal Family Systems (IFS) and somatic therapy. We value flexibility, professional growth, and supporting clinicians as they build thriving practices of their own. Position We are seeking LMSWs licensed in New York to join our practice as independent contractors. This role is fully remote and allows you to set your own schedule while receiving ongoing supervision and support. Responsibilities • Provide individual therapy to clients in a virtual setting • Build and maintain your own caseload (with assistance available for insurance credentialing if desired) • Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing education • Deliver affirming, ethical, and client-centered care Requirements • Active LMSW license in New York • Ability to build and manage your own caseload • Commitment to working with diverse populations, including LGBTQ+ and alternative-lifestyle communities • Must carry your own malpractice insurance (through NASW) Benefits & Support • Flexible, fully remote schedule • Clinical supervision and professional education provided • $500 annual educational stipend • One pro bono client covered by the practice • Support in developing your niche and building your practice • Eligibility for benefits once full-time (defined as 20 clients per week) Compensation Competitive, fee-for-service structure.
