Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated and empathetic LMSWs and LCSWs to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will provide therapy and support to children, adolescents, and families navigating emotional, behavioral, and social challenges. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary team and play a vital role in delivering high-quality, client-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children and adolescents via telehealth.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments when needed.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to support holistic care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with Medicaid and Article 31 regulations.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Qualifications
• LMSW or LCSW licensure in New York State (required).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families.
• Knowledge of telehealth platforms and best practices in remote care.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply (not required).
Compensation & Benefits
• $35–$45 per hour, depending on licensure and experience.
