Responsibilities
Ā Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service.
Ā Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
Ā Assist clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies that align with their needs.
Ā Manage sales administration tasks, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
Ā Engage in outside sales activities to expand the client base and increase market presence.
Ā Provide guidance on HIPAA regulations as they pertain to insurance products.
Ā Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
Ā Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and changes in regulations.
Requirements
Ā Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or outside sales environments.
Ā Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and client needs.
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
Ā Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-oriented environment.
Ā A valid insurance license may be required based on state regulations.
