Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting the right insurance products to meet their needs. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to effectively market our services to potential clients. Responsibilities
• Engage in outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Conduct telemarketing efforts to reach potential clients and introduce them to our insurance offerings.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Provide ongoing customer service support, addressing any questions or concerns that arise post-sale.
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients.

Experience
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance sales, is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in outside sales or telemarketing roles is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
• Bilingual abilities are a significant advantage, allowing for better communication with a wider range of clients.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided.

Pay: $66,689.00 - $73,010.00 per year
