This role centers on client engagement and guidance, combining consultative service with performance-based sales. You’ll help individuals and families evaluate and enroll in health and life insurance plans, ensuring they are matched with coverage that supports both their health and financial goals. This is a structured, goal-oriented position best suited for professionals who enjoy meaningful client interaction, thrive in a metrics-driven environment, and are motivated by the opportunity for uncapped earnings. Key Responsibilities: • Advise individuals and families on health and life insurance plan options through inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads. • Recommend coverage solutions based on client needs, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. • Clearly explain benefits, costs, and enrollment steps to support informed decision-making. • Present supplemental coverage options when appropriate and aligned with client interests. • Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth application processing. Maintain accurate, timely records of client activity within the CRM system. • Qualifications: • Active Health and Life insurance license. • Minimum 2 years of insurance sales experience (health, life, or related products), including prior phone-based or client-facing work. • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets in a structured, fast-paced setting. • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple systems while assisting clients. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Proficiency with web-based systems, soft phones, and CRM tools. High-speed, hardwired internet connection if working remotely. • Compensation & Earning Potential: • $22 per hour with access to uncapped commission potential.
