Licensed LCSW-C Supervisor in MD (Contractor)
We are looking for a well-rounded SUPERVISOR who is BOARD CERTIFIED IN Maryland and is skilled in supervision and quality assurance to unlicensed and licensed staff clinicians.
About The BGH Clinic
The BGH Clinic offers mental health services that are community based with individualized support to women and girls of color that need additional wrap around and psychosocial support to address areas of functioning that may be impaired or that require rehabilitation. OMHC services support the psychotherapeutic aspect of an individualâs mental health treatment by addressing what happens internally, mentally, and emotionally. We provide medication management along with group therapy and individual therapy.

We are looking for a well-rounded SUPERVISOR who is BOARD CERTIFIED IN Maryland and is skilled in supervision and quality assurance to unlicensed and licensed staff clinicians.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
⢠Provides Clinical oversight of all Outpatient Services and therapy
⢠Sign off and review therapy notes of clinicians.
⢠Monitor caseloads and ensure that supervisees comply with all agency and clinical, legal and ethical practices. Assist with creating and updating client files.
⢠Review and co-sign superviseesâ progress notes, clinical forms and correspondences when indicated. Signs unlicensed cliniciansâ progress notes, clinical forms, and correspondence as a legal representative of the organization
⢠Facilitates group supervision or case-conferences as required.
⢠Provides ongoing, regular feedback and evaluation to clinicians on the quality and timeliness of their clinical work as well as their caseload. Also solicits feedback from clinicians regarding supervision and whether needs are being met.
⢠Administrative oversight and monitoring of billable hours requirement. Provide support, training, and remediation where needed to assist supervisee's in meeting the programâs billing expectations and caseload requirements, charting, record keeping, documentation standards and all other quality assurance standards.
⢠Communicates any concerns about quality of clinicianâs work to the Program Director/ Executive Director in a timely manner.
⢠Ensures that clinicians comply with all legal and ethical practices aligning with COMAR/CARF regulations
⢠Participates in staff meetings, administrative program meetings and trainings as required.
⢠Contributes to 90 day and annual performance evaluations of clinicians
⢠Must be available for crisis consultation and management.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
⢠Masterâs Degree required in Social Work or related field
⢠Five (5) years minimum of demonstrated work experience in the mental health field with two (2) years post
⢠Licensure experience in mental health programs
⢠Maintain all required certifications throughout employment
⢠Must possess Licensed Clinical Social Worker âLCSW-C License
⢠As a clinical supervisor and have ability to obtain Mental Health Professional Certifications
⢠Fingerprint clearance, and pass drug test, physical exam, and clear TB test
