What You'll Do:
Be the Go-To Expert: Provide top-notch support by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care.
Educate & Assist: Share detailed information about insurance products, helping customers understand their policies and options.
Review & Recommend: Evaluate current policies, recommend product upgrades, and refer clients to sales agents when needed.
Problem Solver: Handle complaints with a calm, solution-oriented approach, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records, manage the complaint database, and assist in streamlining service processes.
What Were Looking For:
A current insurance license (required).
High school diploma or GED.
Experience in customer service, preferably in insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Tech-savvy: Proficient with databases, call systems, and basic computer applications.
A friendly, professional demeanor with a knack for problem-solving.
