High-performing producers have the potential to earn upwards of $100,000 annually. NO CAP ON COMMISSION We provide computer, phone, office space, and all supplies Eligible for current company health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (Benefits and eligibility may vary depending on employment status) Primary Job Functions: Valid Property & Casualty Insurance License Required. Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a passion for helping others. Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales targets. Familiarity with insurance products and sales processes. Proactively make outbound calls to quote and close business. 80+ per day expected. Achieve high sales goals through personal relationships, Colony bank referrals, Colony mortgage referrals, internet leads, live call transfers, large existing book to cross sell and our inhouse telemarketer! Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions. Explain complex insurance policies and coverage options in a clear, understandable manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention. Process applications, manage policy renewals, and handle client inquiries with professionalism. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to the agency's success. Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide the best service.
