Qualifications/Requirements:
Active Texas General Lines/Property and Casualty License - Required!
Minimum 2 years proven Sales experience - Required!
Bilingual - Spanish & English fluently - Required!
Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
Willingness to learn new programs and processes
Key Responsibilities:
This is a sales-drive position! You MUST be passionate about selling and ready to embrace a "sell, sell, sell" mindset every day!
Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to policy issuance, while providing exception service.
Conduct high levels of activity including phone calls, texts, and emails
Complete new business onboarding and identify cross-selling opportunities
Identify new business opportunities via telephone, referrals, and various lead sources
