Key Responsibilities:

Sales: Conduct sales presentations, explain policy features, and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
Customer Service: Provide ongoing support to clients, assist with policy changes, and handle inquiries.
Prospecting: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Training & Development: Participate in training programs and continuous education to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous sales experience is preferred but not required; we offer comprehensive training.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and grow your business.
Adaptability: Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
Technology: Proficient with computers and comfortable using digital tools for sales and communication.
Licensing: Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (Life, Health, and Annuities).
