Responsibilities
Ā Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Ā Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Ā Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Ā Process customer policy change requests.
Ā Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Ā Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Ā Develop new Financial Services opportunities.
Ā Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Ā Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Ā Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Ā Generating insurance quotes.
Ā Be outstanding at relationship building.
Requirements
Ā Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Ā Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Ā Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Ā Create relationships from a cold start.
Ā Be a fantastic presenter.
Ā Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Ā Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Ā Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Ā Must have ability to multi-task.
Ā A property & casualty license is preferred but will train good individual.
Ā Prior Sales Experience.
Ā Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Ā Must be highly self-motivated.
Ā Professional phone etiquette.
Ā Career minded vision.
Ā Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Ā Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
