Allstate is currently hiring a Licensed Insurance Agent to work from
home must have a current property and casualty license.
We offer a competitive compensation structure. Avg first-year income
$50-90K (salary + commission combined) With the opportunity to MAKE 6
FIGURES within 2 years!!!!
Insurance Representative: is responsible for engaging with new customers
to grow sales territory through referrals, networking and outbound calling.
Implement a strategic sales plan to expand and maintain book of business.
Manage client relationships resulting in the elevation of customer retention.

Ā Meet new business production goals.
Ā Prospect new or existing accounts
Ā Manage the financial acumen of your own book of business
Ā Strategize and develop plans to grow sales territory
Ā Establish and retain clientele in order to grow your sales territory
Ā Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead
sources. * Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Ā Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents,
Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc. * Prospect for new clients and Perform 200+ outbound dials per day
Insurance Representative Job Requirements * Currently licensed in Property and Casualty- REQUIRED***
Ā Prior inside sales Experience- REQUIRED.
Ā Must be highly self-motivated.
