Mental Health Therapist
Classification: 1099 Contract
Clearview Mental Health is looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join our team remotely in Ohio.
Clearview is a virtual outpatient therapy group practice dedicated to supporting adults and adolescents through compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care. Our mission is to make high-quality mental health therapy more accessible to individuals across Ohio. We are looking for passionate and driven individuals who share our dedication to making an impact in the lives of those we serve.
We handle payer contracting and negotiations, credentialing, intake calls, patient scheduling, IT systems, marketing, legal, accounting, website, and support with benefits.

Requirements:
• Licensed in Ohio (LCSW, LISW, LMFT, or LPCC).
• 2+ years of clinical experience providing therapy to patients.
• Demonstrated experience caring for a diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatments.
• Conduct initial and follow-up evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress.
• Skilled in evidence-based clinical treatment methods and applying interventions with patients in crisis.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
