About the position

BroadPath Healthcare Solutions is seeking Licensed Health Insurance Agents to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultative recommendations and addressing inbound calls from customers who are interested in purchasing health insurance plans and benefits. Your primary duties will include qualifying customers, conducting needs assessments, educating them on plan benefits, and guiding them towards suitable Medicare & Retirement plans when applicable. This position requires a strong focus on customer service and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. As a Licensed Health Insurance Agent, you will utilize your active listening skills to interpret the needs of both current and prospective members. You will answer questions regarding our products and match potential clients with their ideal health insurance plans. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with members and prospects is crucial, as you will establish yourself as a trusted advisor in the health insurance space. You will have the opportunity to partner with Fortune 10 companies and leading health plans nationwide, all while working from the comfort of your own home office. In addition to a competitive starting wage of $20 per hour, there are numerous incentives and bonuses available. You will receive a Training Completion Bonus for maintaining a 95% or higher attendance during training, as well as an End of Season Bonus based on your performance metrics, including conversion rates, quality, attendance, and productivity. Project incentives will also be discussed during your interview, providing further opportunities for financial rewards. After 60 days of employment, you will gain access to BroadPath's Limited Medical Plan, along with an uncapped Employee Referral Program and weekly paydays.

Responsibilities

Requirements
• Must hold an active Health Insurance Producer License in residential State.

• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• 6 months of sales experience.

• Authorization to work in the United States.
