Skills
• Must hold and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state
• 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role preferred
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus
• Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

Responsibilities
• Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers
• Utilize a consultative style to understand customer needs
• Present the value of our pet insurance policies
• Guide calls towards successful enrollment
• Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options
• Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
• Ensure accurate enrollment of pets in policies
• Meet and exceed enrollment targets
• Develop a working knowledge of Chewy’s pet health insurance plans
• Learn and operate within internal and external technologies

Education Requirements
• A high school diploma or equivalent

• Property & Casualty Insurance license

• 2+ years of experience in customer service and insurance sales
• Proven experience in overcoming objections and providing solutions
