Role Description

This is a contract, remote role for a Licensed Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or licensed psychologist). The Licensed Counselor will provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, maintaining complete and timely client records. They will also conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and use evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs. Collaboration with other professionals and adherence to ethical guidelines are also essential parts of the role.

Qualifications
• Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or psychologist in the relevant state
• Proficiency in conducting client assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Strong skills in therapy for individuals, couples, and families
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a plus
• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
