Candidate Requirements:
You are COMPASSIONATE, provide COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENTS, ENGAGING, and provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Education: Masters degree from an accredited university or college in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or related field.
Must reside within the State of Florida.
Licensed: Have an active and valid LCSW, LMHC or LMFT in the State of Florida
Must maintain a part-time weekday schedule during the hours of 4pm to 8pm and Saturday/Sunday anytime completing a minimum of 7 assessments per week.
Responsible for determining clients psychiatric diagnosis based on diagnostic criteria from DSM-5-TR and ICD-10.
Performs initial assessments in accordance with Medicaid regulations and updates as applicable.
Works effectively with culturally diverse groups and individuals experiencing an exacerbation of either psychiatric, substance use and/or medical symptoms, as well as experiencing a stressful situation.
Minimum wage listed is based on 7 mental health only assessments per week. The average time to complete MH assessment is 2 hours 15 minutes. Earnings and bonus potential increases with bilingual, substance use assessments and productivity.
