We are in need of an experienced Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for showcasing our company’s brand both internally and externally, developing marketing and social media strategies for continued growth, and supporting our recruiting efforts. This person will be responsible for managing multiple social media accounts, WordPress websites, and interacting with various departments for various marketing needs, among other duties. The right fit for this position will come with ideas and strategies to ensure we’re living and showcasing our mission. We’re looking for someone who is not afraid to speak up, try new things, and work independently, in due time of course. We don’t try to pretend to be a fancy, rigid corporate company, and the right person will need to convey a ‘casual professional’ tone, being authentic to who we are. As this is a new role within the company, we require someone that can jump in and take charge as an expert in this field. Your Responsibilities: Promote our company mission and values Create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies Grow and expand company social media presence Manage and grow multiple Facebook pages and groups Monitor, analyze, and promote Facebook Workplace engagement activity within the company Post jobs on social media, job posting sites, websites, etc. Create and maintain multiple WordPress websites Manage the creation of written, graphics and illustrative materials Work collaboratively with all departments Requirements: Proven work experience as a marketing specialist, generalist, manager, or similar role Experience working as a VA is preferred, though not required High emotional intelligence Experience with major social media platforms Knowledge of major online marketing channels Photo and video editing experience preferred Content creation experience Strong communication and presentation skills Analytical and creative problem-solving skills Ability to produce quality output on time Ability to work independently Great verbal and written communication skills Fluent in English Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM EST (9 PM - 6 AM Philippine Time) Rate: $1500 per month Why People Love Working with Us: Company-paid comprehensive HMO for you and a dependent - not just an allowance!
