Click here for more information about Travel Leaders Network .ResponsibilitiesThe Leisure TravelAccount Manager- Mid-Central US will develop and strengthen a sustainable relationship with assigned territory in Travel Leaders Network. Incumbent must take proactive action via customer visits to accounts as well as strategic plans for growth and success. Incumbent must have excellent verbal and communication skills. Territory includes accounts in Florida, North Carolina and South CarolinaDevelops and implements core supplier sales plans and integrated Travel Leaders Network products and services utilization plan for assigned territory.Travels to member agencies, local /regional sponsored events and industry sponsored eventsPresents and assists in the understanding of member benefits from marketing programs to technology in addition to other offerings - focused on programs with highest ROI for TLNCommunicates member requirements and requests support from other departments as necessary to assist in achieving goalsRecommends areas of further growth potential and supports members in reaching those goalsEvaluates territory performance against established objectives/guidelinesProvides timely reporting of activities via Salesforce.comConducts minimum of 60 contacts per week (in person and via phone calls)Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or minimum of 5 years of sales or marketing experienceTravel up to 35% of the timeMust possess exceptional oral and written communication skillsMust have proven track record of account management and retentionMust have the ability to meet deadlines working from home and while travelingGoal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplinedPay and BenefitsThe salary range on this job posting/advertising has been developed to give applicants a wide range to comply with pay transparency laws in all states and geographical areas.
