Legal Researcher / Compliance Content Specialist (EU/US Regulations)
We are seeking experienced Lawyers or Legal Experts to join our team on projects related to compliance and regulatory education. The focus will be on analyzing new EU/USA regulations (e.g., GDPR, AML, IP, ESG, AI, sustainability, and corporate compliance) and transforming complex legal requirements into clear, practical educational content for our B2B clients. Key Responsibilities Legal Research & Analysis Research and analyze new and upcoming EU/US regulations in English Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks and assess their business impact Stay current on compliance trends and advise on their implications for clients Content Creation Translate legal frameworks into user-friendly educational materials (guides, articles, presentations, workshops) Develop engaging compliance training content (modules, case studies, quizzes) Ensure all materials are accurate, clear, and compliant Collaboration & Innovation Work with internal teams to ensure content clarity and consistency Utilize AI and legal research tools for efficiency and accuracy Support development of compliance education strategies for corporate clients Qualifications Law degree (LLB, JD, or equivalent) — Bar qualification is a plus, but not required Proven experience in law offices or as in-house counsel Expertise in one or more of the following: Data Protection / GDPR Anti-Money Laundering (AML/KYC) Intellectual Property (IP) ESG / Sustainability Corporate or Compliance Law Strong legal research and writing skills in English Ability to explain complex legal concepts in a clear and practical way Experience in regulatory compliance, advisory, or training preferred Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) is an advantage Why Join Us Work on cutting-edge EU/US regulations Contribute to global compliance education and awareness Remote-friendly, flexible collaboration with an international team Opportunity to shape compliance learning for B2B clients Position Details Remote / Flexible hours Deadline-driven project work Focus on creating B2B compliance training content Competitive hourly/project-based compensation Apply tot his job
