Legal/ Real Estate Brand Strategist & Social Media Marketing Strategist

Experience in Real Estate & Law Firm social media marketing required.

You job will be to create marketing strategies, content calendar, and manage team of editors, graphic designer, copywriter, etc.. Must be experienced.

Create brand strategies and social media marketing strategies

•Create creative content

• Posting to social channels, including Instagram (feed and stories), Facebook(business page and multiple private groups),Instagram (stories), Linkedin and YouTube. Scheduling posts and selecting photos to go with them (future growth may include writing social content on your own)

• Creating IG stories

• Tracking metrics: social channel follows/likes, newsletter open rates, conversion metrics of newsletters, tracking customer journey/conversions

• Sending out tests of and scheduling: newsletters, blog posts, and marketing emails

• Handling communication in our free Facebook communities

• Proactive and always looking for more marketing strategies that can be created or improved.

• Delivers well ahead of deadlines.

• Researching and understanding our unique position in the market.

• Seeking out information about our target market by reading what’s current in the industry

• Proactively studying online marketing strategies and keeping up with the shifts in this entrepreneurial space.

• Display a great, positive attitude, and is open to feedback and suggestions.

• Pivots quickly and is communicative of hold ups in projects.

• Posting written copy and selecting images for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, linked in)

• Posting and creating Instagram and Facebook stories.

• Collaboration with our CEO to ensure all assets are in place.

• Tracking metrics, open rates, and followers and presenting to our Leadership Team
