Legal Professional for Contract Review
We are seeking a legal professional to provide unbundled legal services. We are a company located in Maryland. We are being sued for $6,500. In Maryland we have to hire an attorney to represent us since the suit is over $5,000. We hired a company to provide fire inspection services. After the inspections were completed, they told us we had to pay them upfront. We did not have the money to pay them upfront. They never sent the reports, and now it is too late to submit the reports. We never received the inspection reports, and we never received payment from the client for these projects. So, I need an attorney to submit the notice to defend and submit a motion to dismiss. We can prepare all of the documents. We need an attorney to submit the documents o our behalf to the court.
