Candidate to be based in Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities
• Quickly handle time sensitive requests from all legal team members to maintain workflow
• Assist on day-to-day matters and special projects, and track follow-ups as needed
• Act as a point of contact between the legal team and internal/external stakeholders
• Support cross-functional collaboration and information flow within the department
• Maintain and update project tracking tools or dashboards
• Support cross-functional collaboration and information flow within the department
• Assist with planning and execution of team meetings, team events, workshops and team socials
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding and team member administrative changes
• Act as the point of contact and processor for all legal billing, invoicing, subscriptions and associated questions
• Order supplies, manage logistics, and support office resource needs
• Liaise with facilities and IT to resolve issues affecting the team

Requirements
• Comfortable supporting multiple stakeholders with varying needs
• Flexible and calm under pressure, with a strong problem-solving mindset
• Excellent, proven interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, excellent time management, and strong organizational skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Willing to adopt use of AI and emerging technologies
• Must be a team player who can easily handle shifting priorities
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications
• Successful candidate will have attention to detail, be a self-starter, and thrive in a professional and fast paced environment.
